Since 2016, our company has been dedicated to training and developing students. We place great emphasis on providing them with the skills and knowledge required to master both the Chef and Waiter professions.

What We Offer Our Students:

  • Apprenticeship Contract
    Official student contract in accordance with current regulations.

  • Financial Allowance
    Students receive a regular allowance — initially 18% of the current minimum wage — which increases every six months based on successful academic performance.

  • Comprehensive Professional Training
    Full practical and theoretical preparation in the Waiter profession under the guidance of a Master Trainer.

  • Experience in Both Traditional and Modern Hospitality Practices
    Learning the complete workflow of both classic and contemporary hospitality service.

    Familiarisation with ingredients, raw materials and professional kitchen preparation methods.

  • Full Culinary Workflow Training
    Opportunity to learn and practise all stages of food preparation — from initial preparation to final plating — including both hot and cold kitchen techniques.
