Founded in 1996, Sailor Ltd. is one of the founding members of the Hungarian Passenger Shipping Association.

Our core services include event planning and private river cruises on the Danube at Budapest.

We offer boat hire 24 hours a day, allowing our guests to enjoy either the sun-drenched riverside scenery or the glittering lights of Budapest by night — all while savouring a delicious lunch or indulging in an intimate candlelit dinner.

Our event boats are available to hire all year round, as they are fully equipped with both heating and air conditioning. The lower deck features panoramic windows, providing breathtaking views of Budapest’s famous landmarks — whatever the weather.

Our fleet currently consists of four event boats available for private hire: three “Moszkva” type vessels — the Sailor, Ister and Aquincum — as well as the Sirona, a three-deck boat fully refurbished in 2012.

Our event boats are licensed to operate along the entire Hungarian stretch of the river, and can be hired for any route between Komárom and Mohács.

Our own catering unit has been operating for over 10 years at the Jászai Mari Square pier, and our company has nearly 20 years of experience in providing hospitality services on board our boats.

Since 2016, our company has been committed to training and mentoring students.
